Best Western Gallup West

Check in was quick and simple. Our room was cleaned, smelled good, and cold just the way my husband likes it. The shower water was hot and had good pressure. The provided breakfast was fresh and good. They had cereal, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, fruit, juice, etc. The lady cleaning the dinning area during breakfast was so sweet and friendly, too.

Very nice room, comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful. Very many choices and all great quality. There was the nicest breakfast attendant there. She was very sweet and was right on top of every single detail of the breakfast and every guest's need. I wish I could remember her name, so I could mention it, but I've waited too long to write this review and I've forgotten it. However, she is a wonderful employee.

Pleasant, competent staff. Quality free breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, good coffee. Attendant at breakfast was very good, keeping everything fresh and clean. Clean. Great parking in rear for our trucks and trailers. Good places to let dogs out. Easy on/off interstate.

Since I was traveling alone I didn’t like that there was any joint door to my room to the next room! so I asked him to change me to a different room. didn’t have a problem with it, gave me a new room. Then the TV didn’t work in new room! so I called him said maybe the storm, give it 30 minutes! fine! I took shower got setup, still not working! front desk called me to see if it was working? i told him no. so he came and looked at it, couldn’t fix it, so moved into another room! he Offered to help me move my stuff 👍 I told him I got it. it was right next to my room and he made sure everything was working 👍👍👍👍 GREAT PLACE!! Very Friendly 👍👍👍👍👍

Breakfast was great. Location was easy off and on I40. Front desk gal was engaging and professional.
